SD-200 is a common polymer polyol with a solid content of about 50%. The styrene content is controlled below 15mg / kg. It adopts a new type of environmental initiator, which does not contain methyl Succinonitrile, a harmful substance decomposed by azodiisobutyronitrile. There is no solid large particle slag, and it will not cause blockage of foaming machine head. SD-200 uses environmentally-friendly antioxidants, without BHT, and can be widely used in the production of bulk super high hardness soft foam, hot molding and other foam. SD-200 has higher solid content than SD-100, good fluidity, no viscosity increase after mixing with water. It is especially suitable for high hardness sponge. SD-200 has better foam feeling than SD-100. When SD-200 is foaming, it will slow down.

SD-200 polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile, its solid content is (50~52)%wt.. It is manufactured without the use of BHT. SD-200 polyol is designed for use to increase foam hardness in the manufacture of slabstock foam and VE memory foam. It can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range.SD-200 can be used in formulations utilizing all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends or all Polymeric MDI compositions.
The product is stable at ambient temperature and can be oxidized at high temperature.
Store at ambient temperature, cool and dry. Keep the container closed to prevent moisture from entering. Avoid heat and open fire. Storage period: 12 months
