It can be widely used in foam production, such as skin foam, high resilience block, high resilience molding foam, SEP-360N can improve the resilience and hardness of foam, enhance the wet heat aging properties of foam, especially suitable for low density high resilient foam.

SEP-360N polyether polyol is high functionality polyether polyol and high molecular weight (MW=8000) with high primary hydroxyl content (POH>80%). It is designed to increase foam resilience (BALL REBOUND) and hardness for the production of High Resilience flexible slabstock foams (HR SLAB FORM) and molded High Resilience foams, preferably used in low density flexible HR foams. It is a BHT-free and amine- free product.
The product is stable at ambient temperature and can be oxidized at high temperature.
Store at ambient temperature, cool and dry. Keep the container closed to prevent moisture from entering. Avoid heat and open fire. Storage period: 12 months
