SD-600 is a high activity, high solid content, BHT free, amine free polymer polyol with a solid content of 40 to 45%. When used in high resilience polyurethane foam, it can significantly improve the foam modulus and hardness, increase the opening rate and improve the resilience, which can improve the mechanical properties of the foam and reduce the density of the foam, thereby reducing the production cost of the foam. As a result, it is widely used in cold molding and block foaming to produce soft and semi rigid polyurethane foam with high resilience, high load, high hardness and low density.

SD-600 is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile. It is manufactured without the use of BHT. SD-600 has a solid content (40~42)%wt.. Its residue styrene content is below 10 mg/Kg. It is designed for use in the manufacture of high resilience (HR) flexible molded foam, high comfort flexible foam and semi-flexible molded foam. It can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range. It can be used in formulations utilizing all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends or all Polymeric MDI compositions.
The product is stable at ambient temperature and can be oxidized at high temperature.
Store at ambient temperature, cool and dry. Keep the container closed to prevent moisture from entering. Avoid heat and open fire. Storage period: 12 months
